It&#8217;s the\u00a0creative process of telling stories, invented or real, so others can see, feel\u00a0and learn from them. It&#8217;s driven by\u00a0passion and relies on teamwork.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It&#8217;s true that today almost anyone\u00a0can create video, with smart phones, photo cameras with a video mode or simple\u00a0video cameras. And there are many ways to share video \u2013\u00a0on\u00a0YouTube, social networks and open TV channels. But deeper\u00a0knowledge of video-making can help you share\u00a0your ideas further, create original\u00a0content, make your videos better, and even open up opportunities for educational and\u00a0professional development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">That&#8217;s why three organisations from Germany, Slovenia and Turkey\u00a0came together to set up\u00a0&#8218;VISION \u2013\u00a0video school online&#8216; \u2013 an\u00a0international project that provides basic knowledge and good-practice examples of video-making. We are passionate about video, and we want to share our many years of experience with a much wider audience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Our multilingual online guide to video-making is aimed\u00a0at\u00a0young people, youth workers, school teachers, non-governmental organizations and associations, as well as\u00a0anyone else\u00a0interested in making video. style=\"text-align: left;\">The website that now hosts the VISION guide was our shared\u00a0workspace. We uploaded the text content ourselves, then illustrated the chapters\u00a0with photos, diagrams and video material. <span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">2<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The guide has already been\u00a0introduced to young people, youth workers, school teachers and the wider public through\u00a0specially organised\u00a0events, existing professional\u00a0and social networks, leaflets, and\u00a0our other projects and activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And we&#8217;re working together to make sure the\u00a0VISION guide is used even more widely. We plan\u00a0to build on it\u00a0through local, regional, national and international activities \u2013\u00a0including video workshops,\u00a0 youth exchanges, training for mentors and young people\u00a0\u2013\u00a0and by providing\u00a0it in languages beyond English, German, Slovenian and Turkish.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Our motto is: &#8222;Film\u00a0overcomes\u00a0language, social, economic and geographical barriers!&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The project Vision &#8211; video school online was marked on the Erasmus+ project results platform as <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/projects\/eplus-project-details#project\/2014-1-SI02-KA205-000217\">Good practise example<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Animavision<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the years 2020 &#8211; 2022 the VISION guide was upgreaded with the knowledge of stop motion animation and social inclusion of young people with less opportunities through the project ANIMAVISION. &#8211;\u00a0 social inclusion of young people with less opportunities through making animated films. It was\u00a0 again an international strategic partnership project of three organizations from three different countries (Germany, Slovenia and Turkey). Main objective of the project was to develop a new method of inclusion of young people with less opportunities, test it with young people in praxis and publish it publicly on the web site of the video school Vision (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vision-videoschool.eu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.vision-videoschool.eu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) in four different languages. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In our organisations and in our networks we noticed that we still don\u2019t possess enough knowledge on recognising, accessing and including young people with less opportunities in our environment and including them in different activities. All participating organisations are active in the field of media education so we decided to develop a method from this field. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the project we organised three different trainings for youth workers where they gained knowledge on recognising, accessing and including young people with less opportunities and on making animated films. The knowledge was tested with groups of young people with less opportunities in all three participating countries. During the project an intellectual output was made &#8211; 11 new chapters that are now published on the web site of video school Vision. They are published free of charge in 4 different languages. The project included more then 10 youth workers and\u00a0 more then 90 young people with less opportunities from three different countries. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new knowledge was already (an will be more in the future) introduced to young people, youth workers, school teachers and the wider public through multiplier events and the Vision web site locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
