Meslek hayat\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ortaokul ve ilkokullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ve \u00f6\u011frencilerimin \u00e7o\u011fu 14 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fc. Ancak daha sonra 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bal\u0131kesir Valili\u011fi Proje Ofisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Orada 3 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bu 3 y\u0131l boyunca ofis farkl\u0131 konularda projeler yapt\u0131. Bir de gen\u00e7likle ilgili projeler yapt\u0131k. Bu projeler; Sorgulayarak Giri\u015fimcili\u011finizi Ke\u015ffedin ve Gen\u00e7lik Mecliste. Bazen de baz\u0131 gen\u00e7lik projelerinde ve gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 e\u011fitimlerinde yer ald\u0131m. Bu projeler; Scene for Unity and Be Social! Be Entrepreneur! Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu d\u00f6nem benim i\u00e7in gen\u00e7lik ve gen\u00e7lik projeleri ile ilk temas oldu diyebilirim. K\u0131sacas\u0131 yedi y\u0131ld\u0131r hem okulda hem de projelerde gen\u00e7lerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p>Edremit&#8217;te ya\u015famaktay\u0131m ve 2018&#8217;de bu \u015fehre ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131m. Ege Denizi k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki pop\u00fcler turistik \u015fehirlerden biridir. Ayr\u0131ca do\u011fal g\u00fczellikleri de vard\u0131r. Bu nedenlerden dolay\u0131 \u015fehir, turizm, ya\u015fam ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in \u00e7ok say\u0131da insan\u0131 kendine \u00e7ekmektedir. Yaz aylar\u0131nda turizm nedeniyle n\u00fcfus \u00e7ok artmakta, bu nedenle \u015fehir insanlara bir\u00e7ok i\u015f f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda emekliler bu \u015fehirde ya\u015famay\u0131 ve buraya ta\u015f\u0131nmay\u0131 tercih etmektedir. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Edremit&#8217;e yak\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve ya\u015fayan baz\u0131 insanlar daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, daha sessiz ve daha do\u011fal bir \u015fehirde ya\u015famak istedikleri i\u00e7in buraya ta\u015f\u0131nmaktad\u0131rlar. Kentte ya\u015famak ve ta\u015f\u0131nmak isteyen t\u00fcm bu insanlar b\u00f6lgede konut talebini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r ve bu nedenle Edremit&#8217;te in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7ok yo\u011fundur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7ok say\u0131da i\u015f\u00e7iye ihtiyac\u0131 var. Ve yine bir\u00e7ok insan \u015fehre \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ve aileleriyle birlikte ya\u015famak i\u00e7in gelmektedir. Ve okulumuzun bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede aileleri ve bo\u015fanm\u0131\u015f aileleri olan \u00e7ok say\u0131da in\u015faat i\u015f\u00e7isi var. Ayr\u0131ca genellikle dezavantajl\u0131 olan farkl\u0131 mahallelerden \u00f6\u011frenciler de okulumuza okumak i\u00e7in gelmektedir. Sosyal, ekonomik durumlar\u0131 ve aileleri nedeniyle s\u0131nav puanlar\u0131 da daha iyi bir lisede okumak i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fildir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ortaokulun sonunda \u00f6\u011frenciler iyi bir lisede okuyabilmek i\u00e7in s\u0131nava girerler. Ve okulumuzun \u00f6\u011frencileri o s\u0131nav\u0131 ge\u00e7emeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerdir. Ve ailelerinin ekonomik, sosyal ve e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u00c7o\u011fu daha iyi bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in k\u0131rsal alanlardan veya T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin do\u011fusundan Edremit&#8217;e g\u00f6\u00e7 ediyor. Ve t\u00fcm bu insanlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ge\u00e7mi\u015fleri var ve bazen topluma uyum sa\u011flamakta zorlanmaktad\u0131r. Bir di\u011fer sorun ise anne ve babas\u0131 bo\u015fanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6nemli say\u0131da \u00f6\u011frencimizin olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ve ne yaz\u0131k ki bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 hem babas\u0131 hem de annesi velayetini almay\u0131 reddetti\u011fi i\u00e7in akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n evlerinde ya\u015famak zorunda kalmaktad\u0131r. Belki ebeveynler bunu birbirlerinden nefret ettikleri ve birbirlerini cezaland\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131yorlar. Ama sonunda her \u015fey \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na geliyor. Art\u0131k kendi odan\u0131z, eviniz ve ailenizin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ne olursa olsun ba\u015fka bir yerde ya\u015famak zorunda oldu\u011funuzu hayal edin! Ayr\u0131ca anne-babas\u0131 bo\u015fanm\u0131\u015f olan \u00f6\u011frenciler, anne-babalar\u0131 ile sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve d\u00fczenli ileti\u015fim kuramad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in kendilerini genellikle yaln\u0131z ya da i\u00e7e kapan\u0131k ve utanga\u00e7 hissetmektedirler. Bazen tam tersine sald\u0131rgan bir ruh hali i\u00e7indedirler. Pandemi d\u00f6neminde bu \u00f6\u011frenciler daha da yaln\u0131z kald\u0131lar ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten olumsuz etkilendiler. Yine bo\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ailelerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na gerekti\u011fi gibi bakmad\u0131klar\u0131 ve onlar\u0131 sadece cep telefonu, tablet bilgisayar gibi teknolojik ara\u00e7larla me\u015fgul ettikleri i\u00e7in bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin motor becerileri (kesme, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, bir \u015feyler \u015fekillendirme) yeterince geli\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6\u011frencilerimizde genel olarak bir motivasyon eksikli\u011fi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ne derslere ne de ders d\u0131\u015f\u0131 etkinliklere \u00e7ok hevesli de\u011filler. Ya \u00e7ok sab\u0131rs\u0131zlar ya da hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapmak istemiyorlar. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin \u00e7o\u011fu dezavantajl\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir ve \u00e7o\u011fu olmas\u0131 gerekenden daha fazla sorun ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha az imk\u00e2nlara sahiptirler. Ve bu nedenlerden dolay\u0131, bu \u00f6\u011frencilere sosyal i\u00e7ermelerini te\u015fvik ederek ve e\u015fit \u015fans vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri bu okulda ve b\u00f6lgede\/mahallede g\u00f6rev yapmaktay\u0131m ve \u00e7e\u015fitli<a href=\"https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/bensiniftatesting.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5887\" src=\"https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/bensiniftatesting.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"284\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/bensiniftatesting.jpg 512w, https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/bensiniftatesting-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 284px) 100vw, 284px\" \/><\/a> projelerle yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fim problemlerde \u00f6\u011frencilerimize ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilere yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Bu projeler genellikle Erasmus+ projeleridir. Bu projeler sayesinde \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz bir\u00e7ok etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131larak daha sosyalle\u015fip bir gruba d\u00e2hil olabiliyorlar. Bazen notlar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc olan \u00f6\u011frenciler bu proje etkinliklerine kat\u0131larak bir \u015feyler ba\u015farma ve takdir edilme duygusunu ya\u015fayabilirler. Bu onlar\u0131 gelecek i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok motive ediyor. Projede \u00f6\u011frencilerle foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekerek ve stop-motion tekni\u011fini kullanarak animasyon filmler ve videolar yap\u0131yoruz. Daha \u00f6nce foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekmeye ki\u015fisel bir ilgim vard\u0131 ve bu konuda baz\u0131 temel bilgileri edinmi\u015ftim. Bu proje sayesinde deneyimlerimi kullanma \u015fans\u0131m oldu. Tabii daha \u00f6nce stop-motion animasyon yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok yeni bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbe kazand\u0131m. \u00d6zellikle dezavantajl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda onlar\u0131n motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l art\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz ve eksik noktalar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l giderebilece\u011fimiz konusunda deneyim kazand\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, kesme ve yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma gibi motor becerileri zay\u0131f olan \u00f6\u011frencilere animasyon<a href=\"https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hazaltestingfoto.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5890\" src=\"https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hazaltestingfoto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"284\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hazaltestingfoto.jpg 512w, https:\/\/vision-videoschool.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hazaltestingfoto-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 284px) 100vw, 284px\" \/><\/a> filminde kullan\u0131lacak sahneyi ve karakterleri haz\u0131rlamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6rev verdik ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 takdir ettik. Motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri yerine daha s\u0131k ara vererek \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu molalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda sakin m\u00fczikler \u00e7al\u0131nabilir ve \u00e7ay, kahve gibi i\u00e7ecekler ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131klar\u0131n tad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karabilirsiniz. Bunlar kendilerini rahat bir ortamda hissetmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 motivasyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7in rahat ve ilgin\u00e7 hale getirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p>Zaman zaman farkl\u0131 ortamlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak da gen\u00e7lerin motivasyonunu olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiliyor. \u00c7ektikleri stop-motion animasyonlar\u0131n baz\u0131 platformlarda (youtube, facebook, instagram vb.) payla\u015f\u0131larak bu videolar\u0131n arkada\u015flar\u0131na, ailelerine ve proje ortaklar\u0131na g\u00f6sterilece\u011fini unutmay\u0131n. Proje gruplar\u0131na davet etti\u011fimiz \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00f6nce teredd\u00fct etseler de daha sonra gruplara uyum sa\u011flamakta sorun ya\u015famad\u0131lar, bu rahat ve e\u011flenceli ortamda mutlular. Web tasar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131yorum, baz\u0131 web sitelerim var. Bo\u015f zamanlar\u0131mda k\u0131sa film \u00e7ekmeyi ve k\u0131sa film \u00e7ekmeyi seviyorum.
